Before you start
- Where does the weather come from?
- From a reanalysis of historical weather records (ERA5, via Open-Meteo) for the exact town, hour by hour back to 1940. We label it as a reconstruction, not a station reading.
- What if a resident was born before 1940?
- The page still has the day's news, the #1 song where charts exist, the moon, sunrise and sunset, and prices. The weather part says records for that place start in 1940.
- Do we have to upload medical or personal records?
- No. A first name (or a nickname), a birth date and a hometown are enough. Never upload health information.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from your account. Your 7-day trial is free.
Her day, not just her date
A "this day in history" pack gives everyone born on June 12 the same page. That Day looks up the year she was born and the town she was born in, and says where each line comes from.
A generic June 12 page
- 1942: Anne Frank receives a diary for her 13th birthday
- 1987: Reagan says "tear down this wall" in Berlin
- The same page for every resident born on June 12, in any year, anywhere
Nothing about her morning.
Every line, with its source
